PAN works closely with FOXCONN’s Strategic Supply Chain group to identify, quality and organize contracts with appropriate vendors and achieve best pricing via FOXCONN volumes. PAN has a critical vendor management program (including supplier assessment & development) in place – This process ensures that PAN initially releases all vendor shipments directly until an acceptable quality performance is established. PAN audits these vendors more frequently and monitors performance more closely.
