PAN’s organization is divided into support teams for its 4 business units, each of which have a market focus: Medical, Automotive, Industrial and Electronics. Each area is managed by a market-experienced professional and supported by the necessary staffing with appropriate skill sets. These market focused groups are supported via a matrix by technical functions such as IT, Finance, etc.
